Other than sample items; All items from the Cute n Cozy line are sewn on demand therefore, they are not sewn until order is paid for in full and invoice is received. If it is a custom item, fabric will not be purchased or sewn until paid in full. Because each item is made on demand I do not  offer refunds unless your items are received damaged from shipping. Please note that if you decide to do a custom order, make sure measurements are correct. Exchanges or adjustments can be made in certain circumstances but not all so contact me for any concerns. In certain circumstances if a cancellation occurs before fabric etc. has been purchased a refund or partial refund can be given. Always reach out to me for concerns and I will make every effort to create a positive outcome for both of us.

 Items such as trims,buttons, zippers, pulls, toggles, snaps, elastic and any other item added to fabric are purchased so owner may not be aware of any components other than those stated on packaging therefore, do not accept responsibility for adverse reactions of any type. 

 **Regarding products with elastic; some elastic may contain latex or may have been manufactured with items containing latex, therefore, purchaser assumes the responsibility of making sure that they are not allergic to elastic or its components.
